Kaïa Lodge relied primarily on Airbnb to generate visibility and bookings. While this channel played an important role in attracting guests, it didn’t always allow the lodge to fully express its identity or guide visitors through a clear and cohesive booking journey.
At the same time, the lodge had strong potential: a distinctive location, a clear positioning, and an experience aligned with what guests are actively looking for.
